PRICE PROMISE
Foresly guarantees the prices in this project proposal for a period of 1 month. Design fee and Contractor’s Prices for execution may vary when the Letter of Acceptance is signed beyond this date. Quoted Design fees and prices are applicable for this Proposal only. Any modifications may result in a change in Prices.
Note:
The above quote is an estimate based on the current design and sizes and given to you at free of Cost for Stage I of Design services. They are liable to change till the Stage II signoff/production stage depending on the actual measurements.
Project Design & Management fee @ 10 % of the total Project cost is applicable in Hyderabad.
1. Any additions / Modifications in Design or Material may result in Design fee Escalation & Price Escalation.
2. Any deviation from the estimated value or significant changes in design that lead to an increase in price; will also affect Delivery timelines, the revised timelines will be communicated before sign-off.
PAYMENT STAGES
For Project Works that involve Offsite Factory Work for Modular Ward Robes, Kitchens, and On-site works (viz: False Ceiling / Painting /Flooring & Any Customized Carpentry, the Payment structure is as below.
For Design Services :
1. Once the client decides to utilize Foresly Interiors LLP for its Design services; the Project Design & Management fee @ 10% of the total project cost is to be paid along with the Letter of Acceptance as per the Payment schedule 3.1 mentioned in LOA.
2. Upon receiving such a fee, the site Team shall visit to inspect the current site conditions, access to the project site, actual measurements and also readiness of the site to arrive at the Milestone Date for the start of Project works at the site.
Note: The Client shall reimburse the cost of transport of personnel for such Site Visits additionally if the Project site is out of Hyderabad.
3. A week after this Milestone Payment, stage II of the Project Design starts. The Detail Design deliverables to the Client shall include a one-time Design Presentation with Spatial Planning, Mood Boards for Materials, and 3d Renders at our Project Office Located in Banjara Hills, Road No 10. Up to 3 Iterations are possible for the 3D Design and Material specification.
4. After which the Client shall approve of the presented final Design proposal and Materials Specifications if found satisfactory and sign off the same.
For Contracting Services:
1. Once the Sign off for the Project Design and Materials is completed. If the Client chooses to utilize the services of Foresly Interiors LLP for its Contracting Services and execution of the Project under the proposal; the Client shall be presented with a Detailed Quotation with all the Materials with their standard methods of fixing and Installation and their pricing.
2. If the Quotation fulfills the Budget assigned and timelines approved by the Client and the Client signs the agreement for Execution of the Contract then 45 % of the project cost shall be paid for offsite Factory works to start with.
3. After the Mobilization of the Execution team to the site and False Ceiling Works are completed and when the On-site Customization wood Works have to start a 35 % of the project cost shall be paid.
4. Just after the Modular Units have reached the site and are ready for Installation the remaining balance of 10 % of the project cost shall be paid.
Note: All Foresly Interiors Ltd Services are exclusive of taxes. The taxes have been mentioned in your estimate separately and will be charged at the time of billing at each stage as per prevailing government tax rates.
PAYMENT DELAY IMPLICATIONS
• Delay of payment by more than 1 week at any stage of the project will add concurrent days to the project delivery timeline accordingly.
• Delay of payment at the time of Dispatch of goods from the factory has the following implications.
• The project handover date will be recalculated based on the next available schedule (this may be more than the actual number of days of payment delay)
• If the delay is more than two weeks, rent will be added for storing the material at our warehouse at Rs/- 5000 per week.
• If the payment is delayed beyond 1 month which has resulted in storage at the warehouse for an elongated period of time, the warranties towards the material will reduce by 1 year and on a pro-rata basis until the next available dispatch is scheduled.
SITE READINESS
1. Site readiness is first evaluated at the time of sign-off by the Client and Commencement of the Design Phase.
For Foresly Site Survey & measurement team to carry out their works the site should have the following 4 aspects completed.
• Flooring should be completed
• Walls should be plastered
• Electrical & Plumbing works should be completed
• All Site Works should be approved and signed off.
If these tasks are not completed and the site is not ready the Kick off for the Execution phase cannot be undertaken.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure the site is in a good condition and ready for installation. With no delay or pending work from the Builder/Client/Client Vendors. Final measurement for execution and corresponding installation works can only be carried out when the site is in a condition ready for installation.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FOR INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
THIS LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (this “LOA”) is executed on 19th April 2022 at Hyderabad

FORESLY INTERIORS LLP, a company incorporated with limited liability under the Indian Companies Act 1956 has its Registered Office at 147, Road no 10, Panchavati Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034 (Hereinafter referred to as the Design and Build “Contractor “or “Foresly “which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns)

Each of the Contractor and Client shall herein after be jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

2. SCOPE OF WORK FOR INTERIOR DESIGN
2.1 The Scope of work under the interior design will broadly include all aspects and associated services required for the interior design of residential space mentioned in the contract as: – Design
2.2 The scope of work for Design includes:
With the detailed brief from the client and preparation of Basic space planning and Block Estimate based on Requirements from Stage I, Stage II follows.
Stage II (Design Finalization, Mood Boards & 3D)
• Furniture Layout
• Revision of Furniture Layout limited to 3 iterations
• Design Concepts, Forms, schemes, Materials Mood Board, and Third-Party Procurements
• Revision of concepts is limited to 3 iterations with respect to partial changes
• 3D views of 2 per each Room or Unit enclosure shall be presented. 2 Iterations.
Note: The Design Stage II is to be completed and signed off by both parties within 30 days from the date of the advance amount released by the Client along with payment for further milestones as per payment schedule 3.1 on completion of each milestone.
3 Payment Bank Details
A. PAYMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES
Foresly Interiors LLP shall be paid the Total Design services fee to be calculated for Carpet area of ________________ SQFT at INR ____________per SQFT, which totally amounts to INR_____________________Plus applicable GST.
